He is licensed to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia and Tennessee.

Mr. Walker represents clients in civil litigation, including litigation for estate planners, probate and trust administrators; in guardianship proceedings; and in business entity formation, operation and dissolution. He also represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and debt collection.
Mr. Walker has a national practice representing transportation companies, including property and passenger motor carriers, in matters dealing with state and federal departments of transportation, as well as general business matters such as customs, contract and loss & damage claims.
In addition, he provides legal counsel to victims of family abuse and is certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia as a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) for incapacitated persons.
